Mr. Abdelhamid ElMougy serves as Chairman and co-founder of Al Amar Consulting Group S.A. His role is instrumental in overseeing the expansion of the firm's diversified multi-disciplinary growth, local business portfolio, and a leading global presence in Africa and the MENA region.

With over 30 years of local and international experience, Mr. ElMougy expertise is focused in the areas of management, projects management, and structural design. Prior to co-founding Al Amar Consulting Group S.A., he headed the structural department in ECG – Engineering Consultants Group, Egypt. Mr. ElMougy has been involved in many distinguished initiatives including the Urban Planning of Greater Cairo, Cairo International Airport Terminal Building 3, Aswan Airport New Terminal Building, Soma Bay Sheraton Hotel, Caltex Lube Oil Blending Plant, and the Shukeir-Gamma Oil Field Development Project Gas Oil Separation Plant in Egypt.

Mr. ElMougy holds a B. Sc. in civil engineering with a structural specialization from Ain Shams University, Egypt.
